Hurricane Season

Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. While this is a reality of coastal living, post-Katrina building codes and elevated home constructions have drastically reduced the impact of storm surges on newer properties. Modern homes built to FORTIFIED standards offer significantly better protection. The average annual temperature is around 68°F, making the Gulf Coast one of the mildest year-round climates in the Southeast.
